Product Introduction
Explosion-isolated transformers produced by our company are designed and made based on the latest movable transformer substation GB8286-2005, taking national recognized conventional explosion-isolated transformer structure as original version. They are superior to the products of the same kind produced by the domestic enterprises in terms of energy conservation. The heat radiation of the casing adopts the structure of big ripple and big pitch of the wave, uses δ4-δ6 quality steel plate to form by pressing, and has the characteristics of good heat radiation performance and high mechanical strength. The product has good heat radiation performance and insulation performance, and can be running in the harsh environment of high temperature and high humidity.

1. Beautiful appearance and strong pressure-resisting capability
The product is mainly applicable for the special locations in metallurgical industry, mine, tunnel and chemical industry etc. where explosive danger exists. The casing body adopts rectangle big ripple structure made of quality steel plate and casing cover part is equipped with good explosion-isolated joint face. The casing can bear 1Mpa static pressure and it has higher mechanical strength, which fully ensures the safety and reliability of the products.

2. Low loss and good heat radiation performance
Our company adopts the latest GB8286-2005 national standard as the design basis. Based on this, the average no-load loss and on-load loss is reduced by more than 10%. The core adopts highly magnetic quality cold rolled silicon steel piece, non-punching-hole full inclination 45°joint, which effectively reduces the no-load and the transformer noise.

3. Reliable electric performance and strong overload capability.
NOMEX (R)-410 insulation materials of US Du Pont Company are adopted between the layers and turns of the coils. The heat resistance grade is H. They can run over a long period at 200℃; the coils are dipped with paint in vacuum. The dipped paint penetrates fully into the deep layers of the coils. The coils are dried and cured at 160- 170℃, The mechanical strength is high. The machine body is dried in vacuum with transformation method. The surface is covered with a layer of damp-proof paint, which provides good insulation performance.

4. Convenient transportation, installation and use
The lower part of transformer casing is equipped with dragging pry, lower part of dragging pry is equipped with high flange wide wheel face wheel, it can move in the laneway at will according to the needs. The product can move freely in the laneway forming 30°with the horizontal level. Both high and low voltage sides of the transformer are equipped with crimp cable wiring device. The installation is simple and convenient.

5. Safe, environment-friendly and maintenance-free
The main insulation parts of the product are made of high quality NOMEX(R) insulation paper. The insulation paper can not melt at 250℃, can not release toxic gas at 750 ℃,  and can neither combust nor support combustion for 40 minutes at 800℃ flame combustion. They harmless to human and don' t pollute the environment. They are absolutely safe and environment–friendly products.
