Product Introduction
Non-crystal material is a high and new functional material coming out at the end of 1960s. It is a kind of new energy conserving material, adopting quick condensing process and its physical state represents that metal atom appears out-of-order non-crystal arrangement. It adopts MDPS quick condensing process by the elements of Fe, Si, C and B etc. in a certain proportion and it is the alloy thin belt, thickness of which is 30 micron quickly cooled by non-melting copper belt. Its microstructure is completely different from the conventional metal material and is a revolution in material science and metallurgical process. Because of the characteristics of out-of-order arrangement of the non-crystal material and its excellent magnetizing characteristics, it is subject to magnetizing and demagnetizing, so its unit loss is far less than the unit loss of the silicon steel sheet. Therefore, the transformer made of it has a very low no-load loss, only 30% or so of the existing transformers.

1. Good physical performance and energy conserving characteristics
Non-crystal alloy material is completely different from the crystal structure of the silicon steel, it is more for to be magnetized and demagnetized. Its core chip thickness is extremely thin, only 0.025mm, less than 1/10 of the common silicon steel piece. Lamination coefficient is less, its saturated flux density is less, and generally, flux density of the three-phase transformer takes 1.25-1.35 gauss. The use of this kind of new material in the transformer core has both good energy conserving effect and environmental protection effect; energy conservation corresponds to reducing the power generation or reducing the number of thermal power plants built, thereby reducing CO2, SO2 and nitrogen chloride etc. discharged by the power generation plants They have such characteristics as high saturation magnetic induction strength, low loss, low excitation current, and good temperature stability etc. Adopting vacuum casting process of the epoxy resin with packing, it has all the characteristics of SC (B) series of transformers.

2. Safe, environment-friendly and reliable insulation system
Non-crystal alloy dry transformers are cast by imported environment-friendly epoxy resin with packing. They have the functions of fire retardation and self extinguishing etc. They do not emit toxic gases or substance. And they are harmless to human and do not pollute the environment. They are a new generation of environment-friendly products.

3. Excellent "Three Proof"capability, good mechanical strength, no chap
They are cast by imported Grade H epoxy resin in the vacuum state. High purity silicon tiny powder is used as packing and the heat expansion coefficient is the most close to that of copper wire (copper 16*10-6 /℃ , the resin with packing 23* 10-6/℃ ).  They can expand by heating and contract by cooling simultaneously with the copper wire. The tensile strength reaches up to 68 MP. No chap appears. No phenomenon affecting the structure of the transformer will appear after the transformer bears the short circuit electric power, therefore the capability of resistance to short circuit is greatly increased.
The resin structure is damp-proof, salt mist-proof and fungus-proof and is suitable for various harsh indoor environments.

4. Long service life
Non-crystal alloy series of transformers are of Grade F (temperature rise 100K) produced by the Grade H epoxy resin (temperature rise 125K) of heat resistance grade. Thus the running temperature rise is far below the limit value and the service life is significantly increased to 30 years.

5. Steady and reliable running, maintenance free
The electric performance of the imported epoxy resin is excellent, and adopts special winding structure and glass grid cloth reinforcement process; good resin penetration eliminates clearances, and ensures that partial discharge of each product leaving factory is less than 5PC. The resin with the packing has better heat conductivity, timely conducts the internal heat of the coil to the surface, large capacity transformer adopts axial heat radiation gas duct design scheme, the transformer can be running during long period at 120 -130% load, and can be running at 150% rated load under forced air cooling. It is maintenance-free while running; it has all functions of SC (B) series, and is a new generation of high quality dry transformer.
