- Product Introduction
- KSG series of mine general dry-type power transformers are the equipment replacing mine oil transformers KS 9 mine electric device, and are the direction of non-oil safe production and management. They are used in coalmine or other metal mine for power supply and power transformation in the well of 6kV, 10kV.
1. Small volume and light weight
The product is mainly suitable for use in the locations where there is coal dust and gas but has no explosive danger. So the casing need no explosion isolation but still need to have some certain strength and protective grade according to the actual conditions. We customized the casing for the mine industry according to the above characteristics, cover casing can prevent objects and water fallen from inside of the laneway in the mine well from entering into the inside of the casing. In the meantime, the casing can prevent the corrosion of the humid environment in the mine well, and has good heat radiation performance to reduce the product volume.
2. Low loss and good heat radiation performance
The increase in loss is reduced effectively during process of magnetic material by selecting and using quality silicon steel piece and copper material, adopting special machining process; winding insulation uses Nomex insulation paper imported from US Du Pont, resulting in the reduction both in the dimension of the winding effectively and in the load loss: LV coil adopts foil winding, HV coil adopts multi-duct cylinder structure, reasonably choose the protective grade of the casing, thus resulting in heat radiation effect of the winding.
3. Reliable electric performance and strong overload capability
The main insulation material of the winding chooses and uses Nomex insulation paper imported from US Du Pont and confirmed by the authorized organization. The insulation paper has good heat stability and electric performance. The product has the running capability during long period at 120% overload. After the complete winding is dried, the winding is dipped by VPI vacuum pressure and non-solvent H grade insulation paint authenticated by US-UL, and then is baked and cured by high temperature. Thereby the electric strength and mechanical strength of the coil is improved, the improvement provides the firm guarantee for resisting impact of the winding of the complete transformer.
4. Convenient transportation and installation and use
The lower part of transformer casing is equipped with dragging pry, which is equipped with the dragging hole, fixing hole and installing hole for assembly of the roller shaft. If the track is installed in the well, then high flange wide wheel face wheel can be installed at the lower part of dragging pry ; if there is no track, then flexible rubber wheel can be installed at the lower part of the dragging pry , and is draught and transported by draught locomotive. The transformer can be transported normally in the laneway forming 35°with the horizontal level.
Both HV and LV terminals are equipped with cable TB, installation and wiring is easy, have cable-incoming device, and have torsion-proof and resistance to pullout. Rubber sealing ring can prevent the dust or water from entering the casing by the cable effectively, and is convenient for the connection of the different diameters of armored cable or rubber sleeve cable.
5. Safety, environmental protection, maintenance-free
The insulation material of the product adopts Nomex insulation paper, complete winding can neither combust nor support combustion for 40 minutes at 800℃ flame combustion and there is no toxic gas released.
The transformer is dry-type transformer. Compared with the conventional KS9 mine common oil transformer, the product has no danger of oil leakage, no need to check oil temperature, oil level and quality; cooling type is air self cooling, it thoroughly solves such problems as too high or too low of oil level, abnormal temperature, abnormal sound and cooling system frequently occurred during running of the KS9 transformer in the well. Because there is no combustible oil etc., inside the transformer, explosion cannot occur or the fire cannot spread due to late cleaning. It really has the characteristics of safety and maintenance free etc., greatly reduce the labor intension of the mechanical and electrical worker in the well and improve the safety and reliability of the mechanical and electrical equipment in the well.
