Due to the high demand of IPB's sealing in the micro-positive pressure system, there was no effective solution, making it near impossible to ensure the micro-positive pressure in the busbar.

Product Application

Considering this, Jiangsu Daqo Enclosed Busbar Co., Ltd. used the installation of the structure with the flange-insulator and combine with sealing technology from the English Emform Company, greatly improved the busbar's sealing performance. The slight positive pressure could operate well due to use of this sealing structure, and this system also resolved the problems resulting from the slipped fixed bolt in the insulator base. Now the micro-positive pressure system of the IPB operates well in Guangdong Shajiao Power Station. The experts who come from Three Gorges Project and many other power stations have investigated the Guangdong Shajiao Power Station and gave high praises to the micro-positive pressure equipment.
