Seeking an answer for the sealing of the busbar when using a micro-positive pressure device .According to the investigation, after operating for a certain amount time, the sealing capability of the busbar was reduced due to the maintenance and aging of the sealing, in which the result was the micro-positive pressure system being unable to generate positive pressure. The working principle of the hot air micro-positive pressure device is that it used the dry hot air to replace the air in the busbar, which needs lower pressure for the sealing capability of the busbar. The device can insufflate the dry hot air which can prevent dust entering into the busbar when the electricity generator halts. It can always remain dry in the busbar. It has a remarkable effect to prevent internal condensation which can reduce the capacity of the insulators.

The device which was produced by Jiangsu Daqo Enclosed Busbar Co., Ltd. had been used successfully in Jiaxing power station.
