- Method and Apparatus for Input Voltage Transient Protection with A Low-Voltage Reset Circuit
- A circuit for voltage fleeting protection is provided. The circuit comprises an input transistor, a low-voltage reset circuit, and a voltage divider. The input transistor achieves an input voltage at the source of the input transistor, meanwhile, it supplies a protected input voltage at the drain of the input transistor. The input voltage provides a threshold voltage to the voltage divider. The low-voltage reset circuit receives the threshold voltage. The low-voltage reset circuit leads to the gate and source of the input transistor to short together during the period that the low-voltage reset circuit is not in a reset state.
