Project Background

Zhongnanhai, located in the west of the Palace Museum and north of Aoyu Bridge (or the Bridge of Golden Tortoise and Jade Rainbow), is originally a general name for the Middle Lake(Zhonghai) and the Southern Lake(Nanhai).  It is also a complex of buildings composed of the office buildings of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council by the two lakes, therefore it is the heart of Chinese political life as well as in name. The founding of the People's Republic of China in 1949 saw Zhongnanhai inhabited by its new residents. The footsteps of the CPC leaders of all the generations have been left there. For example, Fengze Garden (the Affluence Garden) was the place where Mao Zedong worked over his desk and Xihua Hall (West Flower Hall) the place where Zhou Enlai walked up and down pondering state affairs...

It was at Zhongnanhai that the First Political Consultative Conference was held, which decided the Chinese people's identity; China's new national title i.e. the People's Republic of China; March of the Volunteers was selected as the National Anthem; and the five-starred red flag was unveiled. From then on, the voice from Zhongnanhai has never failed to catch the attention of the whole nation and global audience.

This palace building complex, whose construction started during the Liao & Song Dynasties and which has lasted more than 600 years, witnessed the handshake between the top leaders of the CPC and the Nationalist Party (the Kuomintang Party) -i.e. Hu Jintao, Secretary General of the CPC Central Committee and Lian Zhan, Chairman of the Nationalist Party-sixty years after the Chungking Negotiations. Hu threw a grand banquet at Yingtai(or the Fairly Isle) to welcome the delegation led by Mr. Lian.

Nowadays, China has always been in the spotlight of the world. The leadership of the CPC has set ambitious goals for the nation's great rejuvenation and its rise in the world economy. Inside Zhongnanhai, the new collective leadership has expressed its adherence to the people-first values and established the Scientific Concept of Development so as to advocate the all-round, coordinated and sustainable development of economy, society and human. Now the Party, which has made itself 'a learning party', is building up its governing capacity.

Product Application

The Revamping Project of Zhongnanhai's Distribution Room had exacted rigorous requirements on its suppliers. The ID2000 distribution panel produced by Zhenjiang Klockner-Moeller Electrical Systems Co., Ltd. of Daqo Group managed to stand out among the numerous rivals through it's originally designed transparent doors, and the reliable fully-fledged service system. The company, as a result, became the key supplier of low-voltage distribution panels. The project purchased altogether 1,150 ID2000 distribution panels. After they were put to use, these products earned themselves approval and favourable comments from their users and provided guarantee for the office work of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council.
