Product Application

Jiangsu Daqo Enclosed Busbar Co., Ltd. decided to redesign the structure of the IPB. After precise calculations and several tests, we have come to the conclusion that we could use four insulators in the support structure of 1000MW IPB, which could greatly improve the stableness and reliability. In addition, the concentricity of the conductor and enclosure could automatically adjust to the combined springs, which not only could improve the concentricity of the busbar, but also reduce the damage from the different sedimentation of civil work. This structure had been used successfully in Zouxian and Haimen power station.
