Zhenjiang Siemens Busbar Holds Production Capacity Enhancement Mobilization Meeting

On the afternoon of May 26, Zhenjiang Siemens Busbar Co., Ltd. held a mobilization meeting focused on increasing production capacity. The goal was to unify thinking, clarify objectives, boost morale, and sound the rallying call for the production push in the second half of the year. The company’s General Manager, heads of relevant departments such as the Production and Process Departments, and all 80+ members of the Assembly Team attended the meeting.

At the mobilization meeting, the General Manager emphasized that in the face of increasingly fierce market competition and growing demand for new products, enhancing production capacity is a key step for the company to seize market opportunities and move toward high-quality development. Every employee is an essential part of this battle.

The General Manager analyzed the current state of production efficiency and its bottlenecks, and proposed targeted improvement measures. These include optimizing production processes and techniques, strengthening staff training and skill development, and establishing effective incentive mechanisms.

During the discussion session, several frontline employees actively spoke up, sharing issues encountered in current production. The General Manager and relevant department heads addressed each question in detail and stated that the company will formulate practical improvement plans for all reasonable suggestions.
