Product Features
1. Quick Installation
Thecompact design of LD busbar system can save a lot of space. The connection betweenthe tap-off and busbar relies on the bolt so as to reduce the installationcost. Meanwhile, the system provides all kinds of site installation ways, sothe customer has the option of flexibility in accordance with the siteconditions. During installation at site, it’s only the wrench torque to tightenthe single bolt terminal; this special wrench torque will be equipped on thedelivery.
2. Reliableand Safe System
Thecover of IP31 busbar system has the ventilation hole to improve the heatdissipation, so it has the big current capacity. The protection level of busbarwith the closed cover can reach IP54, which means it can adapt to all harshconditions. Meanwhile, the body of busbar is of high rigidity. As the influenceof thermal deformation to the system has been taken into the consideration, itcan ensure the reliability of system. The make-before-break ground electrodeand zero line can guarantee the personal safety as electricity was consumed.
3. Connectionof LD System and Transformer
Thetransformer can transmit the electricity for the large equipment and LVdistribution cabinet through the LD system. The standard connection terminal ofLD system can be connected with various types of specification for thetransformer. To avoid the vibration to the whole system during the operation ofthe transformer, the flexible connection can be equipped between the twoconnection terminals. The flexible connection can be equipped between the twoconnection terminals; the maximum current can reach 5000 A.
4. Fireproof
Thefireproof in the high building is very important, so the special fireproofbarrier has been adopted by the LD busbar. When the fire breaks out, it canstop the smoke, fire, heat spreading to the adjacent room or floor through thebusbar, even the water penetration of the outfire.
