The Group President's Office Organized an Administrative Work Meeting

On May 9th, the Group President's Office organized an administrative work meeting for the administrative managers of various manufacturing companies, with video participation from companies in Nanjing and Chongqing.


At the meeting, the heads of various departments in the Group President's Office, Zhou Wei, Deputy General Manager of Nanjing Daqo Investment, and Huang Jiaxin, Deputy General Manager of Human Resources Department, respectively focused on their work responsibilities, reported on their recent key tasks, and clarified their work plans for the next stage. The administrative managers of each manufacturing company provide feedback on issues that need to be coordinated and resolved by the group.
Chen Heping, Director of the Group President's Office, summarized the administrative work from January to April, pointing out the shortcomings of some companies in system implementation, environmental hygiene, assessment and attendance management, and work enthusiasm. He also interpreted the employee dormitory management system, emphasizing that administrative management and logistics services are the focus of recent work, and continued to do a good job in service guarantee work.
VP Cai Bin gave work instructions, promoting and implementing the spirit of the May meeting of the group company, providing guidance on the shortcomings in administrative management work, requiring each company to clarify administrative responsibilities, sort out system processes, and strictly implement them, strengthen inspection, rectification, and assessment efforts, improve administrative work standards by benchmarking and identifying differences, and actively take the initiative to make administrative work more detailed and practical. He also proposed to vigorously promote the spirit of craftsmanship, give full play to the pioneering and leading role of party members, and further do a good job in party building and trade union work.
