    DQPRAS is a new set of independently developed products by our company, with leading domestic and advanced international technology. The system comprehensively considers factors such as electrical balance, thermal field balance, and system simplicity, and reasonably divides the silicon cores in the reduction furnace into n groups of circuits, with each group consisting of x pairs of silicon cores. It complies with standards such as GB7251, GB/T14549, and GB/T1102. The system is composed of a PLC control cabinet, a reduction transformer, a reduction furnace power cabinet (integrated with a high-voltage starting module and a high-voltage switching device), and a host computer or DCS. It centrally controls the reduction electrical equipment in local or entire workshops through a communication network, completing the entire process of high-voltage starting and reduction growth of silicon cores. Currently, the company provides main solutions for reduction furnace power supplies, including 30-pair rods, 36-pair rods, 40-pair rods, 48-pair rods, and 60-pair rods. In addition, other special reduction electrical systems can be customized according to customer requirements.

    The 1MW marine domestic inverter power supply is specially designed for domestic loads such as marine cabin equipment, communication and navigation equipment, and lighting. It has a rated power of 1MW, adapts to a wide DC input of 600-975Vdc, and outputs an AC voltage of 0-400Vac and an adjustable frequency of 50/60Hz, accurately matching the power supply requirements of domestic equipment. The product has an efficiency of ≥0.97, supports vector control, and supports vector control with high precision in voltage and frequency regulation. It is equipped with overvoltage, overload, short circuit, overheating protection, and anti-condensation functions, operating stably at -10~+40℃, with no power derating within an altitude of 1000m.
