Daqo Transformer’s Three Key Metrics Simultaneously Exceeded 200 Million RMB in August
In August, Nanjing Daqo Transformer Co., Ltd. achieved remarkable results, with orders totaling 242 million RMB, production value reaching 206 million RMB, and payments received amounting to 205 million RMB. This marks a gratifying milestone as all three key metrics have surpassed 200 million RMB since the establishment of the company.
All along, Daqo Transformer has been conscientiously implementing the group's development strategy by laying the groundwork for digital management and implementing unified planning, and designed and constructed the Daqo Transformer Intelligent Manufacturing Management Platform. This platform encompasses digital dashboards across eight major dimensions: sales, order fulfillment, planning, technology, procurement, production, quality, and service. It has enabled the visualization of management data within the company, streamlined information dissemination, and significantly enhanced the company's digital design, production, and operational management capabilities. This has laid a solid foundation for achieving outstanding results.
This achievement stems from order-driven initiatives and proactive market engagement. The new round of infrastructure projects and the national dual-carbon strategy have brought new opportunities to Daqo Transformer. The company has timely iterated and optimized its digital management systems and concepts, realizing end-to-end online operations from business opportunity information, order placement, to payment processing. This has led to the establishment of a fully closed-loop digital marketing system encompassing market demand, project tracking, bidding and tendering, order fulfillment, payment management, and after-sales service.
Leveraging the Intelligent Manufacturing Management Platform, along with the utilization of big data, MES, SAP, and other digital tools, the Daqo Transformer Co., Ltd. has significantly elevated its production and operational management capabilities. This transformation has ultimately resulted in a remarkable leap in production capacity, increasing from a monthly output of 550 units to 850 units.
