  On October 7th, Daqo Group held the 2024 Autumn Marketing Work Conference. Vice President of the Group, Zhu Yawei, delivered a marketing work report with the theme of "Concentrate and Strive for the Fourth Quarter, Make Every Effort to Complete Annual Tasks". Through sales process data, he summarized the achievements and problems of marketing work from January to September, and deployed a marketing work plan for the fourth quarter. He put forward requirements for order acquisition, payment collection, market expansion, team building, etc., encouraging everyone to work hard in the fourth quarter, ensure the successful completion of annual tasks, and lay a solid foundation for the start of next year's work.


  At the meeting, Chairman Xu Guangfu affirmed the achievements made in the marketing work of the first three quarters, praised the manufacturing companies, sales teams, and individuals who completed the sequential tasks and achieved an order performance of 50 million yuan. At the same time, he pointed out the problems of low bid winning rate, large deviation in payment collection, high capital occupation of the four items, and increasing overdue payments. He requested everyone to spare no effort and do everything possible to ensure the completion of the annual target tasks and strive to achieve a good start in 2025.

  The chairman pointed out that orders are still the most important task, and we should fully utilize the brand awareness and reputation of Daqo and actively expand into emerging industries; Be brave and adept at expanding projects and signing large orders; To improve the utilization rate of business opportunity information, strengthen project tracking efforts, formulate pricing strategies based on market demand, improve bid winning rates and order quality, and resolutely avoid signing high-risk and loss making orders; Payment collection is one of the most important tasks in the fourth quarter. The sales company,branch offices, and all the  departments should closely cooperate, take active and effective measures, concentrate all efforts, complete the annual payment collection task, and do everything possible to control the payment within the normal range; To give account managers and salespeople the status and performance rewards they deserve, and to share the fruits of enterprise development; Senior management should leverage the advantages of digital management and digital manufacturing, pursue development through quality, further stimulate endogenous motivation, and control costs.

  Xu Xiang, Secretary of the Party Committee and President of the Group, requested that all sales teams adjust their work ideas and improve their work methods, actively cooperate with local leading enterprises, recruit young, professional, passionate, and highly loyal personnel, leverage the full brand influence, team sales, and digital management and manufacturing advantages, seize opportunities, cultivate and refine work, and further improve order performance. At the same time, it is proposed to adhere to the internationalization strategy, and manufacturing companies should provide support and cooperation for international business, laying a solid foundation for the further development of Daqo products in the international market.

  This meeting was held in the form of on-site meeting and video conference. The leaders of the group's board of directors, executive committee, group department general managers, marketing general managers,department heads, manufacturing company general managers, sales managers,financial managers, and overseas sales and marketing personnel attended the on-site meeting. Other overseas sales personnel participated in the video conference at the branch venues of each sales company. At the meeting, Gu Jianjun, General Manager of Daqo Transformer; Shao Xiaofei, General Manager of Daqo Intelligent; Wu Xiaohang, General Manager of Daqo Kfine Switch;Lu Qing, Sales Manager of CJEC GIS; and Zhou Yang, General Manager of Guangzhou Sales Company, made speeches, summarizing and exchanging information on current opportunities in the new energy market, advantages in traditional industries, value enhancement of digital manufacturing, and regional market development trends.
