On the morning of December 6th, the group held its monthly work meeting for December. Leaders from the board of directors and executive committee, as well as general managers of various departments and manufacturing companies within the group, attended the meeting.

At the meeting, Shi Dafeng, the Vice President of the Group, reported on the completion status of major economic indicators for the period from January to November and announced the economic indicator plan for 2025. Ge Fei, the Executive President, briefed the progress of new product development, evaluation, technological upgrading, and related planning for the new exhibition hall. Some general managers of manufacturing companies reported on the issues existing in their operations.

President Xu Xiang emphasized that collecting payments was the top priority for work in December. All departments and companies should diligently prepare their annual work summaries, and the distribution of salaries and bonuses should embody the principles of fairness and impartiality, with clear rewards and punishments.

The Chairman deployed the key tasks before the end of the year, requiring all departments and companies to carefully summarize their work for the entire year of 2024 and prepare work plans for 2025.
