Intelligent transformer area monitoring system

On the basis ofdetailed analysis of many problems of the rural power grids, this system is putforward to be the rural power grid integrating solution in accordance with “Ruralpower grid upgrading technology principle” (The state grid rural [2010] No.1303), “Functional specification and technical conditions of rural intelligentlow-voltage distribution box ” (Q/GDW615-2011), “Functional specification andtechnical conditions of rural power grid intelligent distribution transformer”(Q/GDW615-2011) and other standards, as well as the specific requirements ofthe companies in different provinces.

WithC/S and B/S mixed model as the framework, the system is based on SCADA,expressing with network logic diagram combined with geographic informationdata, to realize the remote monitoring towards the rural distribution network,control (switch for cutting), protection (overload, short-circuit, residualcurrent and so on), reactive compensation, fault alarm, electricity copy,remote parameter management (protection limits, communication parameters,residual current limits and other parameters setting), harmonic monitoring (19times), three-phase unbalanced monitoring, voltage qualified rate analysis,load analysis, line loss computation, optimization decisions analysis, powerdistribution equipment security and SG186 platform butt joint and multiplefunctions. So it can realize the automation and fine management towards ruraldistribution area to offer the scientific means for the comprehensiveconstruction of rural power network intelligence.

Ø  Residual current (curve), leakage protection parameter, remoteswitch opening and closing

Ø  Historic electricity query (important alarm sent to the mobile),historic alarm information
