DQPRAS is a new set of products independently developed by our company, with domestically leading and internationally advanced technology. The system integrates factors such as electrical balance, thermal field balance, and system simplicity, and reasonably divides the silicon cores in the reduction furnace into n groups of circuits, each consisting of x pairs of silicon cores. The system consists of a PLC control cabinet, a reduction transformer, a reduction furnace power cabinet (integrated with high start module and high voltage switching device), an upper computer or DCS, and centralized control of local or entire workshop reduction electrical equipment through a communication network to complete the entire process of silicon core high voltage startup reduction and growth. At present, the main solutions provided by the company for the power supply of the reduction furnace include: 30 pairs of rods, 36 pairs of rods, 40 pairs of rods, 48 pairs of rods, and 60 pairs of rods. In addition, other special restoration electrical systems can be customized according to customer requirements.
