DQPRAS is a self-developed, fully digital power supply system for polysilicon reduction furnaces. It adopts leading technology to optimize electrical-thermal balance, simplify structure and enhance reliability, supporting 30-60 rod furnace configurations and controlled by central PLC/DCS.

  • AC stacking technology, high-voltage breakdown via low-voltage operation, and multi-loop independent control with dual closed-loop. Advanced functions include fault waveform recording, dual-thyristor protection, and intelligent ground-fault identification, ensuring precise and safe reduction process control.
