Our digital R&D platform integrates design tools, programming software, and knowledge databases. Using 3D modeling and simulation, it manages the full lifecycle from initiation, development, prototyping and testing to mass production. With concurrent quality and process management, R&D outcomes are shared with manufacturing to boost efficiency and quality.

To address the electrical switchboard industry’s high customization needs, Daqo pioneered parametric, modular, and combinatorial design. Pooling expertise and resources, we built a group-shared standard solution library. Mechanical-electrical-software collaboration enables standardized digital design, quickly matching user needs.

We enhance 3D modeling capabilities, using design modeling and simulation optimization for model-driven design, boosting efficiency, accuracy, reliability, and delivery speed.

We apply CAPP, simulation tools, and process databases to drive model-based digital process design via process modeling and virtual validation. We define process routes, quotas, BOMs, parameters, work instructions, and quality standards, all transmitted to workstations, lines, and testing equipment to ensure stable production.

Based on order forecasts and capacity balance analysis, Daqo develops production plans through a three-level planning system (fulfillment, production, and dispatching plans). This optimizes resource allocation and enables intelligent scheduling to improve efficiency, with fulfillment plans shared with users.

Our long-term procurement goal is a smart supply chain for mutual growth with suppliers. Through an SRM system, integrated with big data and blockchain, we connect upstream-downstream data to access real-time supplier info on delivery, production, inspection, shipments. This visibility optimizes procurement, enables visualized management, and boosts efficiency and quality.

We upgrade equipment and intelligentizes lines, using modularization, group tech, and reconfiguration to build flexible production lines. Dynamic resource allocation auto-sends tasks to equipment and lines, enabling precise control, intelligent processing, human-machine collaboration, and lean management. This drives smart operations, refined control, and higher efficiency at lower costs.

Daqo has a process-based comprehensive quality management system. During R&D, quality management runs parallel with R&D and process design to set quality plans, strictly implemented in manufacturing. With digital testing equipment and 5G/machine vision/defect analysis integration, we conduct online quality inspection, analysis and prediction, realizing refined control, lower defect rates and improved product quality.

Based on our smart cloud platform, we’ve built a digital service system with online self-service, cloud assistance, and intelligent dispatching. It offers customers IoT solutions, products, and services (big data monitoring, early warning, fault location, troubleshooting) to help cut costs and boost efficiency.
