Daqo Group won "2022 Intelligent Manufacturing Demonstration Factory"
On January 3, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the National Development and Reform Commission and other departments jointly released the list of units and excellent scenes of intelligent manufacturing demonstration plants in 2022. Daqo Group Co., Ltd. was listed on the list of "intelligent manufacturing demonstration plants in 2022", becoming one of the three successful companies in Jiangsu.
In recent years, Daqo Group has actively carried out intelligent manufacturing work and built a demonstration factory for intelligent manufacturing of electric equipment. It mainly focuses on 11 links of factory construction, product research and development, process design, planning and scheduling, production operations, quality control, equipment management, warehousing and distribution, supply chain management, digital infrastructure and model innovation, and carries out 14 scene construction, including factory digital design, product digital research and development and design, industrial digital design, fine job dispatching, and precise distribution, to build a digital, intelligent, and networked intelligent manufacturing factory.
Keeping with the pace of digital transformation and development, Daqo Group established a production and manufacturing system with dynamic perception, real-time analysis, independent decision-making and accurate execution functions, taking ERP, PLM and MES as the core, in accordance with the national "Fourteenth Five-Year Plan" for Intelligent Manufacturing Development, and combining 3D modeling and simulation, which has opened up all operation links of the whole life cycle, such as sales, technology, procurement, manufacturing, quality inspection and after-sales.
