To help new employees integrate into the Siemens family in Daqo and build a more competitive and passionate sales team, Zhenjiang Siemens Busbar Trunking Systems Co.,Ltd.( A 50% equity JV between Daqo and Siemens)organized a group building activity for new customer managers on February 11,2023.
More than 30 customer managers from all over the country walked around the Daqo Leigong island for 10 kilometers under the leadership of the company's GM and Sales Director to enhance communication and experience the beautiful natural scenery of the Island. The newly hired customer manager has strengthened team trust, enhanced group cohesion and centripetal force through the game interaction of post station messenger and trust ladder.
