In February of this year, the 1 million ton/year ethylene refining and expansion project of SINOPEC Hainan Petrochemical was successfully put into operation, marking a "zero breakthrough" in the ethylene industry in Hainan Province. Jiangsu Daqo Changjiang Electric Co., Ltd. has successfully assisted in the project, with the goal of meeting customer needs and promoting the early production and effectiveness of the project. Through enterprise resource planning management system (ERP), product data management system (PDM), Manufacturing execution system (MES), etc., it integrates key equipment intelligence, production management informatization, testing process automation and other related technologies to build a digital flexible assembly testing production line Flexible design and manufacturing system for sheet metal of switchgear, robot automatic bending system, copper bar automatic processing system, and digital secondary line processing system. The production line for switchgear assembly and instrument box assembly, as well as the production line for gas insulated switchgear and gas box assembly, have achieved digital management throughout the entire process, with automatic uploading and recording of detection data and manufacturing process data, achieving digital production of MV switchgear.
