On June 8, 2023, the PM3 high-end cultural paper machine production line of Liansheng Pulp Paper (Zhangzhou) integrated project with an annual output of 3.9 million tons of forest pulp and paper was successfully rolled up, and the first phase of the first phase of Liansheng Zhangpu Base project was fully put into operation.

Liansheng Forestry-Pulp-Paper Integration Project is a provincial key project in Fujian, which was signed and settled in Chihu Town, Zhangpu County in March 2020. The total investment of the project is planned to be 22 billion CNY, with a land area of approximately 4600 acres. It is expected that the annual output value after completion will be about 20 billion CNY, with a tax revenue of over 1 billion CNY, and more than 5000 new employment opportunities.
Recently, Liansheng Pulp Paper (Zhangzhou) Co., Ltd. sent a banner and a letter of appreciation to Jiangsu Daqo Changjiang Electric Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Daqo Group.
