On the afternoon of July 5th, Fang Guilin, the commander of Jiangsu Provincial Yangtze River Main Stream Joint Defense Command and the deputy department of Jiangsu Provincial Water Resources Department, led a team to inspect and guide the flood prevention work on Leigong Island, accompanied by Cai Bin, the VP of Daqo Group.

Fang listened to the relevant reports on flood prevention work and made arrangements for the next stage of flood prevention work. He pointed out that it is necessary to closely monitor the rainfall and flood situation, strengthen monitoring, analysis, and judgment, prepare sufficient emergency supplies and resources, and solidly implement flood prevention work to ensure safe flood control.
