Changjiang Electric GIS has passed CB certification by the IECEE

On August 8th, Jiangsu Daqo Changjiang Electric Co., Ltd. obtained the CB certification certificate from the IEC System for Conformity Testing and Certification of Electrical Equipment (IECEE) for the 40.5kV gas insulated switchgear issued by Germany's TÜV Rheinland Laboratory. This is a technological improvement of Changjiang Electric in MV switchgear products.


The 40.5kV ring main unit product that has been awarded the certificate this time was tested by TUV Rheinland CB Testing Laboratory (CBTL) Changzhou Xd Power Electric Co., Ltd. and has passed all CB testing projects. This product is mainly used for energy conversion, opening and closing, control, and protection of power consumption systems in offshore wind power, photovoltaic power generation, and other transmission and distribution circuits. It will provide electrical components that meet the high reliability and consistency requirements of IEC standards for new energy customers.


Representatives from Germany's TÜV Rheinland, CBTL-Changzhou, and Changjiang Electric jointly attended the CB certificate issuance ceremony held in Shanghai.
