On February 23, the Group's Customer Service Department organized a special meeting on digital management in 2024, which was attended by Shi Dafeng, Vice President of the Group, all the staff of Customer Service Department, and the managers and planners of the Customer Service Department of each manufacturing company.



This meeting combined with the evaluation standards of Digital Manufacturing 4.0, deeply integrates the data and information of the customer service digital platform, and implements the implementation plan of the product operation and maintenance platform. At the meeting, Vice President Shi Dafeng put forward specific requirements for the digital management of the customer service department.
