On the morning of July 6, the Group held amonthly working meeting in July, which was attended by leaders of the Group'sBoard of Directors and Executive Committee, general managers of the Group'sdepartments and general managers of the manufacturing companies.

At the meeting, Vice President Shi Dafeng informed the completion of the main economic indicators from January to June; some general managers of manufacturing companies reported on the return of payments, digital manufacturing and improvement plans for the next stage of work.

President Xu Xiang pointed out that, in the face of the changing market situation, all companies should operate cautiously, share information and resources, seize the opportunity, and face the challenges with a positive mindset; give full play to Daqo's good brand effect in the industry, and grasp the business opportunities; keep in mind that quality is the life of the enterprise; strengthen risk prevention and control, and attach great importance to the payment back; be good at employing people, optimize the configuration, and do a good job in the cultivation and retention of the newly recruited college students.

The chairman of the board of directors affirmed that the companies have completed the work in the first half of the year well, and emphasized that the payment back work is still the top priority of all the work. He required all companies to continuously and solidly promote digital manufacturing work; group companies should pay attention to the training of newly recruited technicians; attach great importance to safety, do a good job during the high temperature of the staff to prevent heat stroke, and reasonably adjust the work and rest time.
