Solid-State TransformerTransformer

DQSST is a solid-state transformer platform for next-generation high power density applications. Using SiC/GaN wide-bandgap semiconductors and high-frequency power conversion technology, it replaces portions of traditional transformer-based chains to efficiently convert medium-voltage AC input into high-voltage DC or low-voltage AC output.

Compared with conventional transformer-based architectures, DQSST delivers higher efficiency, a more compact footprint, faster response, intelligent power control, and bidirectional energy management with robust communication capability.
