Group held monthly working meeting in August

On the morning of August 7, the Group held a monthly working meeting in August, which was attended by leaders of the Group's Board of Directors and Executive Committee, general managers of the Group's departments and general managers of the manufacturing companies.

At the meeting, Vice President Shi Dafeng informed the completion of the main economic indicators from January to July; the general manager of the group department summarized the work report.

President Xu Xiang pointed out that in the face of the changing market situation, all companies should operate cautiously, strengthen risk prevention and control, and attach great importance to the return of payment; we must have innovative ideas, effectively improve the research and development ability, ensure the advanced and differentiated products, and maintain a leading role in technology; we should remember that quality is the life of an enterprise, and attach importance to the impact of quality on the enterprise; we should follow the trend of the enterprise going to the sea, and the international business department and all companies are actively developing overseas markets. The Human Resources Department should recruit high-quality, high-skilled personnel to meet the international market and service needs; pay attention to market work and internal staff capacity enhancement, understand customer needs, front-end market work, and tap into the head of the enterprise resources and opportunities for cooperation.

The chairman emphasized that the enterprise operation should put the risk prevention in the most important position, the payment back work is the top priority of all the work; we should strengthen the internal audit, and put an end to the falsification.

Finally, Cai Bin, vice president of the group, read out the rules of the Internal Audit Management System of Daqo Group.
